Terms of Service

Riptide provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to pressure washing, house washing, and gutter cleaning. Specific services and pricing are provided at the time of quote or booking.

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Riptide reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other conditions that could affect service quality or safety.

Payment is due in full upon completion of service, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing in advance. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices quoted prior to service are estimates; final pricing may vary based on the condition of the property and scope of work identified on site.

To ensure safe and effective service, customers agree to:

• Provide clear access to the areas being cleaned
• Remove or secure furniture, vehicles, pets, and valuable or fragile items from the work area
• Disclose any known pre-existing damage, fragile surfaces, or special conditions prior to service
• Ensure a working water and/or power source is available if required for the job

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 48 hours of completion at [email protected] so we can address the issue, which may include a re-service at our discretion.

Riptide takes care to perform services safely and professionally. However, exterior cleaning carries inherent risk to certain surfaces, coatings, plants, and pre-existing conditions. Riptide is not responsible for:

• Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, deterioration, or improperly sealed/maintained surfaces
• Damage to items not disclosed or removed from the work area prior to service
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered

Riptide's total liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. Customers are encouraged to discuss any surface concerns with us prior to service.

Riptide maintains business insurance coverage as required to operate. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services rendered will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
